The Sofitel Thalassa Quiberon has always been renowned for its cuisine. Since Patrick Barbin took the helm in the hotel kitchens, his new proposals promise guests a truly gourmet voyage. Patrick Barbin has a passion for fish. Since he came to this fisherman's paradise, he has been reveling in the abundant resources of the ocean waters and the hotel guests are the first to benefit from the exquisite results.
Le Cafe Jardin is inside the thalassotherapy institute with a terrace overlooking the sea. Brasserie cuisine is served. Le Thalassa serves a well balanced gourmet cuisine featuring seafood and fish specialties. The dining room of the restaurant has a magnificent view of the sea. The chef, Patrick Barbin, takes great pleasure in introducing guests to the exquisite flavors of French cuisine.
Bars La Terrasse is inside the thalassotherapy institute with a seaview terrace. A lot of fruit and vegetables cocktails are served. Le Soleil has a terrace with a superb view. In a muffled atmosphere of the hotel's cozy library it serves a lot of cocktails.
At the Sofitel Diététique, every meal produced by Patrick Jarno is a feast of light eating in which he turns dieting into sheer pleasure. Patrick Jarno's boundless imagination conjures up the most vivid and varied menus all under 500 calories per meal. Bars La Tisanerie is a non-alcool bar overlooking the sea. There are large choices of beverages, herbal teas or coffees.
The Ibis restaurant offers you a choice of traditional dishes or low-calorie, light and varied cuisine, with the emphasis on seafood and regional cooking. Meal time throughout your stay means the chance to discover the culinary stops of the Ibis restaurants, ready to receive you 7 days a week, 365 days a year, every night open at least 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The Bar at Ibis is a friendly place to get together at any time of day.

Beauty Center: The health and beauty salon offers facial and body beauty treatments for men and women, a natural complement to your thalassotherapy stay. Among the "à la carte" treatments : skin peel, body sculpture, body sculpture by 2 beauticians, hand care, foot care... and the personalised face treatments by Accor Thalassa Institute and Carita, and body treatments by Decléor.

ACTIVITY & EXCURSIONS
The western coast of Quibero is altogether more dramatic and a popular site for water sports, especially surfing and sailing. It is best explored on foot, passing if possible by Kervihan, kerné and Kerniscop for some of the most dramatic scenery.
Pointe de Percho, beyond Pontivy at the north-west of the peninsula, is well worth visiting for the views across to the islands of Belle-Ile and Groix.
